Ingredients

3 cups whole linseeds (flaxseeds)

2 cups whole sunflower seeds

1 cup whole almonds

Description

LSA stands for Linseeds, Sunflower seeds and Almonds.

This mixture has a slightly sweet and nutty taste and can be sprinkled on rice, pasta, fruit, and vegetables or just about anything. LSA is a good source of protein, essential fatty acids, minerals and fibre and is definitely an anti-ageing mixture.

Directions

Mix and grind together until fine. A regular coffee grinder or a food processor will do the job.

Notes

Store in a dark-coloured airtight glass jar in the refrigerator or freeze in plastic bags.
